Cabo, Baby!

On Thursday, Will and I hopped on a flight to San Jose Del Cabo for a long weekend in Cabo. Sweet!

On Saturday, we had a packed day full of sailing/snorkelying, ATVing, and waverunners.

On Sunday evening, it was dinner and dancing until dawn:

Brass Monkey Mini Reunion!

On Wednesday night, Will and I made the big trek across the Bay Bridge to Berkeley to meet up with a
gaggle of old friends and teammates from Brass Monkey. Nate and Jenny were in town with their family for the bigger weekend reunion (that Will and I were missing), so we made sure we caught them before we left. Two words: babies everywhere!

It was fantastic to see old friends and catch up, albeit briefly. Bam, Bam, Bam!

2013 Manucks General Meeting - Wamic, OR

This year, July 4th fell on a Thursday, so I took Friday off too in order to make it a 4-day long weekend.

On Wednesday night, I caught a flight from SF to Portland to meet up with Will and the Manucks at Casey's cabin for the annual general meeting. This year, significant others and families of the Manucks were included for the holiday weekend festivities. Casey's cabin is east of Portland and Mt. Hood, close to a small town called Wamic.

On Friday, a few of us went whitewater rafting on the Deschutes River:

On Friday night, it was a big night out to the Pub n' Grub for a night of karaoke and some drinks:

On Saturday, the Manucks crew headed back into town to check out the "Grasscar races", featuring souped-up lawnmowers which raced around a dirt track. The Manucks sponsored a racer, who wore the Manucks jersey with pride.
