Will, Abe and I flew from SF to Salt Lake City on Valentine's Day for a long weekend ski vacation in Park City. We cashed in on the fly-in-and-ski program (ski free with a same-day boarding pass!) at Canyons.
For dinner, we at at High West Distillery (yum!). I'm not a huge bourbon/whiskey fan, but I did try the delicious High West Lemonade, which was a fantastic whiskey "gateway" drink.

For the entree, I had the Whiskey Cider Braised Short rib, with mashed yukon gold potatoes and fried onion ring:
It was Valentine's day, so they offered up some heart chocolates and raspberries as a little treat:
We were joined on Thursday night by Pete, Natasha and baby West.
On Friday, I had a nice sleep-in and got to hang out with adorable little West:
And later in the day, we were joined by Damien, Tessa, Jon, and Whitney. For dinner that night, we headed to Zoom Park City for dinner. I had the bone-in pork chop with brussell sprouts, sweet potato puree and cranberry fennel compote. Insane.
After dinner, we did a little bar crawl: Downstairs, then No Name Saloon, and then Flanagan's....
...and then Cicero's...
On Saturday and Sunday, we headed up the mountain at Park City for some turns. Both days, we ended up at Legends at the base for some wings and fancy hot drinks.
Wendy and Erez joined us on Saturday too!
On Sunday, we got some company!
On Sunday night, Jon and Whitney had to take off, and the rest of the adults headed for dinner at Cafe Terigo:
On Monday, Will and I headed out, but not before some baby-paparazzi!
