I was in Zurich, Switzerland for a week-long training for work. We were in meeting rooms each day for the entire day, and for the first three days, I didn't leave the hotel (Swissotel Oerlikon Zurich). Sad, but it was super chilly outside, so not a lot of incentive.
On the fourth night, our training group went out for dinner (yay! left the hotel) at a restaurant called Wirtschaft zum Doktorhaus (originally a tavern, then a doctor's mansion, then converted to a restaurant).

On the Friday, we finished the course, and the remaining international attendees (who couldn't fly out until Saturday like me), headed out to explore Zurich during the winter and all decked out for Christmas. We went to the Christmas Market in the main Zurich train station, which featured a massive Christmas tree decorated with Swarovski crystals:

It was an intense but very educational week, and it was fun to check out Zurich before the holidays (brr!).
