On Sunday morning, I went for a nice mellow run with Gail and Sandy (the run on Saturday morning with Gail, Cindy and Adam turned out be a pretty tough but good workout, so I was happy to have a mellow run!). After the run, we we had a brunch-tastic meal at Beach Chalet, and then wandered down Ocean Beach to catch some buds playing in a mini-beach frisbee tournament to celebrate Rocky's birthday.
